This notice explains how Truckline handles personal data when you contact us through a @truckline.dev email address, our public Discord contact channel, or another direct communication route listed on this website.

Truckline products and external platforms may provide their own privacy notices. Those notices apply when you use the relevant product or service.

Truckline is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@truckline.dev.

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, Discord account information visible to us, message contents, attachments, and the date and technical delivery information associated with the conversation.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or information that is not needed for your request.

We use contact information to read and respond to messages, discuss projects and partnerships, provide requested support, protect our systems, and maintain a record of relevant decisions.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us and operating Truckline responsibly. Where a message concerns a possible agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that agreement. We may retain or use information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Messages are available only to Truckline team members who need them and to service providers supporting our email, hosting, security, or communication systems. We do not sell contact data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, Truckline, or our services.

Ordinary contact messages are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterward. We may keep selected records longer when they document an ongoing relationship, a security matter, an agreement, a legal obligation, or a potential legal claim. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. A request can be sent to contact@truckline.dev.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or another competent supervisory authority.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but we need enough information to understand and answer your message. We do not use contact messages for automated decision-making or profiling.
